Archimandrite Daniel Griffith gave this series of lectures/discussions to priests and deacons February 1999.  This is not light theology.  This is not recommended for those new to the faith..  This is practical counsel for all clergy and very dedicated lay people. The discussion centers on why there is a priesthood, then moves to priest's behavior in life in general and in fulfilling the role of priest before the altar, with his parishioners, and his bishop.  This series of talks is not milk - it is meat!
