This series of talks is based on the book by the same title. Icons
have been used for worship since the first century. There is a very developed practice
of using icons for public and private prayer. This teaching explains the meaning
of the icons, how the colors and shapes confer theology and how the story of the
gospel becomes clear. Icons help shape our experience of worship and lead us to
the Lord and His marvelous work for us through salvation and in living the Christian
life. This teaching is practical and beautiful at the same time.
