When is the best time to call?

    We love talking to our customers. We are happy to answer questions about the messages we have. If you call after 5 p.m. Central Time you’ll have a better chance of finding the Lourie’s at home. But call and leave your message throughout the day. Since this is also a private residence, we never answer the phone as a business. So don’t be surprised when we just say "hello" instead of "Orthodox Christian Cassettes."

Shipping and Handling:

Most of the cassette and CD album sets in the catalog have the price for mailing listed with the items.

Individual Purchased Cassettes and CD's:

For postage on single cassettes or CD’s figure a $2 minimum for the first 8 tapes plus 20 cents per tape for orders over 8 tapes.

Example: 30 tapes = $6.40

Album Postage:

Add $5 for one cassette album or for one CD album. Add $1 for each additional album included in the same order.

Add $2 postage for one MP3-CD. Add $1 for each additional MP3-CD

For Priority Mail:

Add $3 to the above prices.

For Overseas mailing costs off the North American Continent, please inquire see the postage chart at the bottom of this page.

   It generally costs about $5 to $10 extra for most overseas mailings.  Please inquire before ordering. If you place an order for overseas shipment without enough postage, your order may be sent by surface mail which can take up to 3 months. You may send an e-mail to Don Lourie at OCCassette@aol.com.

Use this chart to get a close estimate on mailing charges from our office in Arkansas to your home anywhere in the world. When you actually order on our shopping cart web site, the postage will be figured for you. If you use the Manual Order part of our web site you will need to figure the postage yourself. Surface Mail                        2-6 weeks

Basic charge of $4 per order plus the following price per tape/ CD. If cassettes/CD’s are in an album case, the case weighs the same as 5 cassettes/CD so add 5 to the number purchased.  

 Examples: 8 tapes to Australia- $4 + (8 X $.40)  = $7.20,          20 tapes to Greece - $4 + (20 X $.40)= $12.00

Air Mail                5-11 days

Basic charge of $6 per order plus the following price per tape/CD. If cassettes/CD’s are in an album case, the case weighs the same as 5 cassettes/CD’s so add 5 to the number purchased.

 Examples: 8 tapes to Australia- $6 + (8 X $.90)  = $13.20,       20 tapes to Greece - $6 + (20 X $.75)= $21.00
