Dr. H. Tristram Engelhardt, Jr.


Dr. Engelhardt is a professor in the Department of Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine; Professor of Philosophy at Rice University and Adjunct research fellow at The Institute of Religion, Houston, TX and a member of the Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy. He is a member of St. George Orthodox Church, Houston. His major contribution to Orthodox ethics is his book, The Foundations of Christian Bioethics.
